Swedan treatment in Pune
Hot fomentation is given with medicated herbs by putting patient in the steam box to induce sweating. Swedan (steam) liquefies the dosas (toxins), cleans the obstruction of channels of circulation and directs the dosas to selective places where they can be expelled out easily.
Swedana is the process in which Sudation is done. Any means useful to secrete sweat from body is called as Swedana. Swedana is of two types:- Sagnika Sweda (sudation process in which fire is involved)
- Niragni Sweda (sudation process in which fire is not involved)
